What's the difference between the portable and permanent pole?

The portable pole is freestanding — it drops into a portable stage, sets up in minutes, and can be moved or packed away. The permanent pole is cut to the exact height of your room and fixed floor to ceiling. If you need it gone by morning, portable. If it's staying, permanent.

How do I measure my space?

Measure floor to ceiling at the exact spot the pole will stand. Let us know that number in inches and we build to it.

How tall can the pole be?

Standard LED permanent poles go up to 12'6". High Definition permanent poles and the portable pole both max out at 9'.

How long does it take to get one?

Depending on how many orders we have, 2-3 weeks or earlier

What does it cost?

Portable poles are $2,500 with a stage, or $1,500 for the pole alone if you already have an X-STAGE base. Permanent poles run $2,500–$3,000 in Standard LED, or $3,500 for High Definition. Final price depends on height and build, so let us know your details and we'll quote it.

How does the lighting work?

The portable pole runs on manual switches. Permanent poles in Standard LED are controlled by a Wireless keypad or DMX, and High Definition poles controlled by web browser interface.

Does it spin?

All FlickerPole models spin freely — there's no static lock on any model.

What's it made of?

A solid metal core with a clear outer tube, with the LED display running its full length. Standard diameter is 2" / 50mm.

Do you install it?

No we do not install.

What about shipping?

Shipping is quoted per order, since cost depends on where it's going and how big the pole is. We'll confirm it with your quote before anything is charged.

Is there a warranty?

1 year warranty

Can I use it at home?

Plenty of people do. The portable pole works in most rooms with standard ceilings, and the permanent pole is built to whatever height you have.
